Fees and Insurance
I offer online individual and couples therapy for clients in Chino Hills and throughout California. I am in-network with several major insurance plans and also offer private-pay therapy for individuals and couples.
My private-pay rate is $225 per session. Private pay can be a good option for clients who prefer greater flexibility or whose insurance does not cover the type of therapy they are seeking. For clients with PPO out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan.
I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Curative, Humana, Kaiser Permanente NorCal, Optum, Oxford, UnitedHealthcare, and select Medicare Advantage plans. Coverage, deductibles, and copays vary by plan. I can help you determine whether I am in-network with your specific plan before your first appointment.
